Rare Find!! Excellent Sailing Yacht!! Ready to Sail the World ...Again!!

The Corbin 39 was conceived and built to be the ideal Bluewater Cruiser for two. With spacious and comfortable accommodations, an easily handled sail plan, and a spacious flush foredeck. they have proven themselves quite capable as circumnavigators. This particular 39 has been around the world before and is ready to go again. She is nicely equipped, maintained, and ready for her next explorer/owner.

This Corbin is cutter rigged with an aluminum mast with a single spreader, an aluminum boom, and a roller furling jib. The standing rigging is 1 X 19 stainless-steel wire with compression-type terminals, and the running rigging is double braided synthetic lines.

The seller reports that the sail inventory includes Genoa, Yankee, stay-sail, drifter, main (2011), and a spare main.

Ground tackle includes 2 stainless-steel chutes, a 65#CQR with all chain rode, a 45# CQR with chain lead and laid nylon rode, and a spare Danforth 45# anchor. There is an Anchorlift 12-volt windlass with a foredeck remote, a cockpit remote, and a wired remote.

Power, when not under sail, is provided by a Perkins 4-108 45 HP diesel engine. The engine pushes a Hurth HBW 100-2R direct drive transmission.

Electric power is provided by AC electric and main engine alternators. There are also 3 Kyocera 135-watt solar panels and a BZ Products MPPT 250 solar controller.

Navigational assistance is provided by a Sailomat 3040 wind vane system.

Batteries include a Group 27 deep cycle marine for the windlass, and 2 GC 6-volt and 2 Group 27 batteries for the house and engine start.

The interior finishes are beautifully varnished mahogany. There are double berths forward and aft, with the galley at the aft end of the main saloon and the head forward of the main cabin.

The galley includes a double stainless-steel sink, a Kenyon LPG 3-burner range and oven, and a Nova-Kool refrigerator/freezer.
