Description
- Stock #278812 -
Major restoration including interior. Ready to hit the high seas for a day or a year.
This 1985 Little Harbor is one that truly needs to be seen to be appreciated. Exterior, interior, power, electronics, and sails, all top-of-the-line and in great shape. She has been restored to, and in many cases improvedto, its original condition.
The exterior of the hull has a beautiful offwhite finish with fresh copper colored bottom paint. No nicks or scratches.
The propeller is replaced with a Maxprop 3-bladed feathering bronze prop. The cost for one of these props is approximately $5000. Many consider it the best available and is in keeping with virtually everything else on this boat.
Topside, you will find four 340 watt solar panels. Below there are two 100-150 Victron charge controllers and Xantrax 3000 watt inverter/charger. All this energy is stored in 8 Firefly G31 112AH house batteries with a 140 amp Ballard house alternator and with Mc618 programmable regulator. There is 1 separate G31 starting battery.
There are two staterooms, 1 fore and 1 aft each with its own head and lots of room. The main salon holds a very well thought out nav/com station with Garmin electronics, a sat phone plus VHF radio.
Midship there is a very comfortable U-couch with middle table. This can be be easily converted to a large double berth. The galley has everything needed for preparing snacks or gourmet meals. It has a sink, stove, oven, microwave, counter space and lots of refrigeration in 2 separate compartments.
For propulsion without sails, the 1995 Westerbeke engine with 82 HP will get the job done.
The list of necessary equipment along with numerous features for convenience and comfort is too long to list in detail.
Another big plus is that this vessel is set up for single man operation.
Must see to appreciate.
