1986 Sea Craft Sceptre 23

Beautiful Rare Green 23' 1986 Seacraft Sceptre Cuddy Cabin, Comes with EZ Loader tandem axle trailer and 225 HP Yamaha OX66 Saltwater Series Fuel Injected 2 stroke outboard with SS prop, I believe it is a 2002 motor. Unknown hours but engine runs great and has been bulletproof. Boat showed signs of failed or leaking fuel tank in spring of 2019, and I opted not to perform the tank replacement. The boat needs a fuel tank which should run about $900 and a I believe the engine will need a trim/tilt motor as well. I can take more pictures or you can come have a look at the boat if interested. I've had the boat for quite a few years and I am the 3rd owner. It has been well cared for and maintained, but I went another direction and now will have to part with it. Trailer has title and may need wheel bearings soon, but is not in bad shape at all. Boat is registered right through 2020. Not sure if I can sea trial or run it, so it is basically offered as is... I will get the trim/tilt motor replaced as time permits and that will enable sea trial, but will also impact the price. Same with fuel tank, I may move forward on replacement if I can find the time, but figured I would post it now as it is a really nice Seacraft and might give someone time over the winter to get it ready for a dunk in the spring! It is built like a tank and runs through any seas, great for overnighting on Nantucket, etc. Has swivel rod holders and has been a worthy boat for Bluefin Tuna fishing offshore as well. Boat is a classic seacraft, Tracker took over end of 1986 so this boat is pre-tracker and built like a brick. Has bimini top, mooring cover and all curtains, but they have some broken zippers and may be best to replace them. Has VHF radio and antenna, wired up for easy installation of additional electronics. It would not take a lot to get this Seacraft Sceptre back to superb condition. Text or call Stephen if interested.
