Full DescriptionThis family oriented Houseboat is 56' long and 14' wide. It has an aluminum hull with a 300 gallon water tank, a 300 gallon gas tank, and a 300 gallon holding tank. The boat has 4 queen size beds, 2 on the main floor and 2 in the cuddy.it also has 3 clothes closets. It has two baths, one with a shower, sink, and a flushable toilet. The other has a sink and an incinolet toilet. This burns the solid waste so you don't have to pump out sewage.
There is a full kitchen with a 4burner gas range and oven, 2 refrigerators, one of these has a gas backup in case electricity would go out. There is cabinet storage under the counters and above cabinets. It also has a microwave and a built in toaster. In the dining area there is padded seating and storage around two sides of the table and two movable chairs for the other side of the table. It will easily seat 6 or 7 people. There are two bar stools at the counter.
In the living area there are two recliners, end table, color flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player. The cabin is wired for cable.
There are numerous life jackets in all areas of the boat. The boat is powered by two 4 cyclinder inboard Volvo engines that are very economical. It also has a 12.5 Kohler Generator aft and below deck next to the engines. The Generator will power everything when you are out away from shore power. There are Mather's controls on inside helm or from the fly bridge. The upper deck holds the 2 1/2 ton heating/air conditioning unit. It is a regular house unit. There is a large storage area under the floor inside the living quarters.
There is a slide from top deck down to a few feet above water line. The water lines are wrapped with heat tape and have some expandable lines to prevent freezing in winter. There is rope lighting around top rail and front rails. There is a back up camera and an AM/FM/CD player. We have owned this boat for 10 happy years, but my husband has Alzheimer's and can no longer remember how to start it. Otherwise, it would not be for sale!j
