Description
This is a very unique (only 2 Monroe models made) floating home built by Floating Bungalows in Deland/ Sanford, Florida.
Construction for the bungalow began in 2019, but it wasn't put in the water until June 2020. There are several upgrades to the finishes which add to its uniqueness.

It is currently in a prime slip within a marina with open water views on three sides. The slip is not included but if the buyer meets the criteria of the owner, it is possible that the buyer would be able to keep the boat at the marina, if so desired.
