1981 Gulfstar Cutter Rigged Sailmaster 39 – Refit Cruiser with Full aft Cockpit Enclosure, Swim Platform, Rebuilt Perkins, Bow Thruster, Lithium/Solar, 2024 Electronics.
Watermark is a rare 1981 Gulfstar Sailmaster 39 cutter, extensively refit for comfortable New England cruising and coastal/offshore capability. Highlights include a full Sunbrella/Strataglass aft cockpit enclosure, swim platform, rebuilt Perkins diesel, bow thruster, lithium house bank, solar/wind charging, and 2024 Raymarine electronics. Designed during Gulfstar’s move into better-performing, better-built cruising sailboats, she combines serious cruising ability with an unusually bright, spacious teak interior. Varnished teak bulkheads, teak-and-holly sole, raised cabin windows, a large salon table, convertible settees, and dedicated nav station create the feel of a much larger yacht. She is a well-equipped, season-extending cruiser ready for her next owner.
