Classic and Vintage Hughes Redfisher Kevlar Hull 18' restored with impressive looks and capabilities!
Check out this beautiful 1996 redone Hewes 18 Redfisher. She is powered by an overhauled Yamaha 130hp 2-stroke saltwater series outboard engine. The Awlgrip paintmjob on the Kevlar hull is stunning and shiny.
This boat looks great and has everything you need! Included is a Minn Kota trolling motor with remote, SeaDek covers all decks and soles and push platform, a 6' Power pole with remote, Lentine Trim tabs and controls, Garmin 950 3d chartplotter with extra nav chip.
On the back deck there is a fish box, a bait well and 2 large storage compartments.
Some other nice features are a 40 gallon fuel tank, Lentine Trim tabs, LEDs in compartments and gunnel rod storage. There is a stainless steel prop.
The custom console houses a top line stereo 12 in woofer, there are two 8" mid speakers in cockpit and a stainless steel helm wheel, Yamaha gauges and rocker switches.
Updated Bimini top with custom snap on / off mounts, covers for trolling motor, console, and engine cover. Custom covered cushions never used.
2013 aluminum trailer rarely used because the boat is on a lift in a canal. Very good condition.
The sturdy Kevlar hull and deck is the best for fishing. She is a great fishing machine and as we all know, Hewes is one of the best. All the bells and whistles and obviously cared for and is ready to go fishing right now!
This boat is a classic and the seller reports speeds of 50 MPH!
Very few of these models were made with the Kevlar hull. This particular boat was originally custom built for Mr. Lentin - the creator of Lentine trim tabs.
