Must See! Open-Checkbook Owner, Garmin Electronics, Radar, Sonar!
Looking for a 31 foot cabin cruiser? Look no further - this 1999 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer is in great condition and ready for its next owner to enjoy!
This boat is a near shore Ocean-ready boat, perfect for fun days on the lake, or cruising the intracoastal, Florida Keys, or even making a run from South Florida to the Bahamas for a week or a month or more. She's light rigged for living on for weeks or more at a time. With a little work, she could be an excellent diving boat for the owner and friends. The current owner has done a lot of work on her, and finished just about all the projects she needs to have done. It shows pride of ownership. The owner has bought a home and doesn't have time for a boat as he had planned to do. Get a great boat at a great price with impressive upgrades!
The boat is powered by twin Mercruiser 5.7L EFI engines and with Bravo Three outdrives with dual counter rotating stainless steel props.
She has a newer Garmin GPS-radar-sonar-chartplotter so you have full electronics capabilities.
This boat spent her early years in Michigan and was eventually acquired by the current owner in May of 2021 on Lake Lanier, Buford, GA.
The boat had a soft top deck and also a damaged hull that has been repaired with 18 layers of new fiberglass. Most of the deferred maintenance has been done. According to the limited history available, the boat was never in salt water until the current owner took her to Fort Lauderdale in April of 2023, where the boat was kept upriver in freshwater and only in salt when cruising. The boat was returned to freshwater in April of 2024.
Improvements and Maintenance: Prior to current owners purchase, new isinglass and full camper canvas with windows, reupholstered cockpit.
2021 to 2022: Props tuned, new epoxy bottom paint, hull repaired and reinforced with 18 layers of fiberglass, top deck cut open, rotted wood removed and replaced with foam, re-laminated and resealed.
2023: New Plugs, plug wires, coils, rotors, distributor caps, and ignition sensor modules, new starters, belts, alternators, water pumps, new state of the art Garmin GPS-fishfinder-radar system, through-hull sonar ($12,000 upgrade), oil change, new head installed, belts and hoses checked and replaced as needed, topside waterproofed and recaulked.
