1969 Customized Lyman Sportsman with Flybridge, Custom converted to a Sportsman model
This Lyman is located in Marblehead, OH and has been very well maintained and upgraded. It was originally built as an Islander model by Lyman but has been converted to the Sportsman layout by the current seller.
The engines are not original and were replaced with Crusaders around 2015. Trim tabs have been added to help with weight redistribution when cruising, allowing the boat to not lean to one side or the other.
The cockpit floor is made of African Leopard Wood, cushions are in good condition and show very little wear, (4) NAPA Marine batteries were replaced in 2016. The refrigerator and toilet has been removed. A porta potti is now in the head as a replacement.
She will cruise 20-25mph and hit a top speed of 40mph on flat water.
