This pre-owned 1976 Boston Whaler Sport 13 is a skiff available now at The Boat Yard in Marrero, Louisiana, just across the river from New Orleans. The 1970s Boston Whaler Sport 13 is an enduring classic that helped define small-boat performance and safety. Featuring the original tri-hull “cathedral” design, this unsinkable 13-foot hull is constructed with Whaler’s signature foam-filled construction—so reliable it was famously marketed as "the unsinkable legend." Lightweight, stable, and incredibly versatile, the 1970s hull earned a loyal following among fishermen, coastal cruisers, and lake-goers.
Despite its compact size, the 13-foot Whaler offers smart use of space, with bench seating, ample storage, and room for a small outboard engine. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to trailer, launch, and store, while its rugged build ensures decades of dependable performance. Whether you're a first-time boater or a seasoned pro, the Boston Whaler Sport 13 delivers simplicity, safety, and fun on the water.
