This spacious 46 foot Sumerset is a solid aluminum barge style houseboat with a slight V bottom and super shallow 18 to 24 inch draft making it perfect for exploring rivers lakes and shallow bays.

The raw aluminum hull is sturdy and easy to maintain. It is powered by an Evinrude outboard with no hour meter and runs well. Recent updates include a newer fuel tank, water tank and holding tank. Fuel capacity is 30 gallons and water is 20 gallons with electric hot water heater. Black water holding is a generous 100 gallons.

The roof features a 15000 BTU RV air conditioner with reverse heat pump for year round comfort.

Inside you will find an open floor plan with curtains for privacy. Sleeping accommodations include two full beds a bunk and a futon. The galley is well equipped with a newer 12 volt refrigerator, newer microwave with rotisserie gas cooktop and oven, plus two 30 gallon roof mounted propane tanks.

This Sumerset is a very livable boat with plenty of room and all the basics ready to go. The shallow draft and updated tanks make it ideal for full time living or extended trips.
