The PowerBoat Guide had this to say:
The most compelling feature of the Trojan 13 Meter Express is her massive beam—the cockpit and cabin proportions in this boat are truly immense. She’s built on a fully cored, low-deadrise hull with broad chine flats and side-dumping exhausts. Below deck, her spacious two-stateroom floorplan is a blend of designer fabrics, curved bulkheads, and white Formica counters—a high-style decor in the 1980s. The forward stateroom in the 13 Meter is huge and came with an air-operated compartment door. There are over/under berths in the guest stateroom, and the dinette table in the salon can be electrically raised and lowered. Visibility from the double helm seat is surprisingly good, and there’s room in the enormous cockpit to entertain a small army. A center vent in the windshield is electrically operated, and large hatches in the bridge deck provide access to the big engine room. A bow pulpit, swim platform, and radar arch were standard.
