Excellent sailboat ready for adventure! Galley includes alcohol burner stove, icebox and sink. Multiple sails,Ready to sail and a must see!
This is Tartan 28, a sloop rigged with a fin keel, keel stepped mast and a spade rudder. She is powered by Diesel Volvo Penta 18HP. Accommodations include: Vberth forward with head just aft to starboard, followed by salon and quarter berth, nav station and galley to port. AC is working great and used regularly. Galley includes alcohol burner stove, icebox and sink. Multiple sails (Main x2, Jib x1, Genoa x1 and self-tacking Jib x1). This boat has been prepared and has successfully made a journey from Galveston, TX to Biloxi, MS January 2024.
She is "turn-key", ready to sail without any issues. I continue to use it at least once a week for short day and night runs or weekend journeys at local islands. It is regularly maintained including scheduled professional bottom cleaning every 2 months. I am placing it for sale only because I'm preparing to upgrade for a bigger boat.
