The 1996 Tiara 3100 Open combines a wide 12-foot beam, twin inboard power, and a large open cockpit in a layout that works well for both cruising and fishing. Tiara designed the 3100 Open as a true multipurpose boat, giving buyers plenty of usable deck space without giving up overnight accommodations below.

This boat is powered by twin gasoline inboards with straight shafts and prop pockets. The wide cockpit provides room to move around, fish, entertain, or simply spread out while underway or at anchor. A transom door leads to the swim platform, and the raised helm area offers protection from the windshield and canvas top. The hull also shows bottom paint.

Below deck, the 3100 Open has a forward sleeping area, a U-shaped dinette, galley, and enclosed head.
