Houseboat loaded with options! What a great way to live on the water!
This 2003 HARBOR MASTER 520 WIDE BODY has tremendous potential. It has not been used much and it will need service and TLC to realize its full potential.
Cosmetically the boat looks good, the interior is in good condition, and one cushion at the flybridge needs to be redone.
The galley has a two-door fridge freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, and wine cooler.
This is considered a coastal cruiser so near shore maybe 20 miles or so offshore. This is a possible loop boat.
It has two cabins and two heads. A nice salon and a lower steering station seating.
The seller has agreed to service the boat and at least start the process of making all systems functional.
If we can find a mobile marine mechanic we will at least get an idea of what needs to be done.
