SELF-SUFFICIENT SOLAR ELECTRIC – Using global engineering concepts throughout the houseboat’s design, this solar electric system doesn’t just support the boat’s electrical requirements, it supplies 100% of its needs – while providing for all the comforts and conveniences of home. A complete refit of the electrical and fuel systems per latest ABYC Standards ensures the highest degree of safety and reliability.

· Reserve battery capacity provides uninterrupted power delivery on cloudy days or at shady campsites. The outboard motors support battery charging when desired.

REVERSE FLOOR PLAN – The primary living areas, inside and out, are located aft of the boat for a more intimate connection with the water, open views, and shared experiences while beached. (see floor plan photo)

UNLIMITED DRINKING WATER – Water is drawn directly from the lake, filtered, then distributed to the various points of use throughout the boat – eliminating the need for any fresh water holding tanks, and ensuring healthier water.

Muli-stage filtering accommodates water processing only to the degree necessary for its intended use. Water run to deck washing hose bibs is only processed by the initial sediment filter, while drinking water faucets are supplied with completely purified, taste-free water from the final filter. This configuration allows for significantly reduced filter change frequency and costs.

EXTENDED CAPACITY – Oversized black and grey water tanks match your infinite power and water supply for uninterrupted canyon living. Its 300-mile fuel range puts any destination within reach.

UNPARRALLED STABILITY – The boat’s 17’ beam supported on heavy-duty 4’ wide x 4’ deep steel pontoons promote a steadier ride than any other boat in its class. The pontoons were re-painted with professional Amercoat in 2026 for continued performance and longevity.

ALL-SEASON COMFORT – With walls, ceilings, and floors insulated to modern residential building standards; high-performance doors, windows and glass; and all exterior wall and roof surfaces weatherproofed with an Energy Star Rated solar-reflective coating, comfort is achieved with significantly less energy input – summer and winter.

The high-volume, stainless steel, evaporative cooler quietly and efficiently reduces cabin air temperature by nearly 25 degrees, and disperses cool air through the open door to the shaded aft deck.

The variable speed furnace effortlessly maintains set temperatures, and sips propane no matter how cold it may get outside.

10-MINUTE WINTERIZATION – An onboard air compressor directly connected to the lake water input, quickly and easily purges water from pipes and fixtures – making it simple to winterize the boat in the fall, and still use it as desired during winter.

BUOY MOORING EQUIPPED – The solar system maintains onboard refrigeration and tops off the battery bank charge while moored.

Food and beverages can be kept in the refrigerator, cold and ready to consume upon arrival.

The onboard chest freezer will provide around 220 pounds of purified block ice to start each lake trip, and continue making ice as used tubs are re-filled.

TECHNICAL PEDIGREE & REDUNDANCY – Sale includes original CAD drawings and hundreds of "X-ray" photos documenting all electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage wiring inside walls and ceilings. Detailed maintenance records demonstrate the meticulous care this vessel has received since its inception.

On a personal note – It’s been an incredible journey for my wife and me, our children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. From nearly a decade of planning, designing and building our dream houseboat, to 20 years of amazing memories onboard her, Father Time is catching up with us. So, it’s time to close this chapter, and pass our beloved Lake Powell home on to the next owners who will hopefully enjoy and cherish her as we have. What could be better than that!
