The REGAL EXPRESS 28 features a signature FasTrac stepped hull for improved fuel efficiency and quicker planing. In fact, reported time to plane is just 3.8 seconds. 0- 30 mph is estimated to be 13 seconds.
As a premium boat builder, REGAL includes the fixed firefighting system as a standard feature.
Shore power and water connections are to starboard, as is the recessed reboarding ladder. Cleats are mounted up high, well out of the trip zone and on stainless reinforcing panels. Fuel fill is just above the starboard cleat.
The sunlounge has storage underneath, and the boarding gate is to port. The gate is held in the closed position by dropping into a notch at the hinges. Entry to the cockpit is up one step from the platform.
PowerTower radar arch (a factory option), which lowers the arch at the touch of a button.
