We purchased this boat in May of 2021. Before the purchase, I checked the engine compression and found all 4 cylinders to have very good compression.
Immediately upon purchase, as preventive measures, we replaced the spark plugs, the motor oil (with full synthetic oil) and filter, the motor coolant impeller, the lower unit gear oil, and the motor cooling thermostat,.
It has been stored under a cover with the tires on concrete the entire time we have owned it.

Replaced Power Tilt & Trim hydraulic motor & fluid.
Replaced trailer tongue jack.
Replaced gas primer bulb.

Disclosures:
The electrical wiring for the lighting on the boat will need some attention (tracing and connecting wires) before it is ready for nighttime use.
We never used the live well and don't know how it works.
Seat backs are the original and somewhat deteriorated. We have used beach towels or sheets to cover the backs, for comfort. (Seat bottoms were replaced by the previous owner and are in very good condition.)
There is no hour meter on the dashboard, so we don't know how many hours the motor has on it. The motor has never given us any problems. It runs really well.
I have devised a seat cover for the captain's chair due to upholstery deterioration. (We did not replace the chair since it is still functional and comfortable.
