Single-owner 2022 Sea Fox 228 Commander center console with a Yamaha F200 outboard engine and approximately 280 hours. This boat measures 22 feet, 4 inches in length with an 8-foot, 6-inch beam, features a wood-free composite hull design, and has been professionally maintained on an annual basis. When not in use, the vessel is stored out of the water on its trailer inside a covered storage facility. It rides on the original dual-axle Magic Tilt trailer with an integrated trailer braking system.

The deck layout features a walkaround configuration with wraparound forward bow seating, flip-out backrests, a convertible bow table, an anchor locker with anchor, and a transom door with a telescoping swim ladder. For fishing, the boat is outfitted with a pressurized, aquarium-style livewell with a clear viewing window built directly into the transom, a downrigger system, and a Garmin fishfinder and chartplotter display at the helm station. Additional electronics include a marine stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity and integrated deck speakers.

Inside the center console structure, accessed via a fiberglass door panel on the starboard side, is a step-down head compartment. This enclosed space houses the master dual-battery switches, access to the dashboard wiring harnesses, and an upgraded, permanent electric porcelain toilet plumbed directly to an under-deck 12-gallon waste holding tank capable of dockside vacuum pump-out or offshore discharge.
