This 1970 Bertram 38 Double Cabin is a fantastic Motor Yacht, built for cruising and entertaining, or will make a great liveaboard for someone lucky enough to have a liveaboard slip.

With 2 staterooms, including 2 heads, right now this Bertram will sleep up to 4 comfortably. When the next owner refurbishes the Salon, adding a sleeper sofa will increase the number of beds.

There's a V-berth in the forward stateroom, with a half bath, and the aft cabin has a queen bed with a full bath.

The galley has a new refrigerator / freezer, sink, and microwave.
